Are you sure about that I'm in the same situation stuck in update loop but this suppository has never had a e3 on it before I bought it off eBay not to downgrade but just to fix and give to my nephew who is not interested in cfw
I tried all new hard drives etc but get the same issue as you, I have just resorted to hooking up a e3 flasher to fix it and came across this thread while searching how to fix it
So I don't fix it's your e3 that's giving you issues
Have you fixed this by now btw would love some light shed on this
