All MMO data is kept server side, there is no save data containing character info on your end. In addition, I would assume any speed hack would instantly get you banned. It could take a few hour but yeah you'll be banned.
Again, it's an MMO, you're not meant to be able to cheat progression. Other people put effort in their character you're not meant to diminish that effort.
