that's totally different?, they might have more fix tools etc.. and perhaps just write new pck to it or just TELL U it isn't fixable...so much for a replacement/refurbish one..oh and ofcourse updated to minverchk 3.56 i have no clue really, for this kinda brick and "Any" valid dump of the PS3 bricked in question wich don't seem to work if only flashing that valid dump and with flashing prohacks dump first(it must have some offsets/flags set?) or some so after flashing that/restoring any valid dump/downgrade using e3_downgrade.bin+that same "any" valid dump to complete it and back on CFW355...great stuff as already posted....still u did not answered the original Q = how can one restore a IFI header dump with E3 flasher, it should result in a black screen i think...not that i seen this error in real life either cuse i always use the original created E3 dumps with FII header just to save me some more trouble?!..just like with a Teensy setup in that case it dumps with IFI header, in that case the memdump dump would work....it could be i'm making a total ass of myself..just posting my results..things tested on my end and i'm gonna repeat it anyway...u cannot restore a memdump dump with e3 without option7 flowrebuilder = bytereverse nor dump....and expecting it to boot properly without it..., correct me if this is wrong! ..thx
