Treyarch detects you r using homebrew and send the consoleid's and psn accounts to Sony.
Sony ban the consoleid's and psn accounts list received, simple as that.
They will ban any new id if they detect homebrew, no doubt.
They are the only game dev to do that, so if you stay away from bo2 you ll be fine.
