this should work if setup is correct, what tool are u using..Cygwin right?
u have to put ur valid PSN act.dat(yup required or else it wont work) into .ps3\exdata\ and ur idps as file idps without any extension into .ps3 key folder, then finally drop the RAP into ur cygwin home\userxxx folder and run command:

rap2rif UP9000-NPUD20946_00-0000000000000000.rap UP9000-NPUD20946_00-0000000000000000.rif

this works for other psn content but can't seem to get it working/activate the PS2 PSN Classics.....oh well we can't have it all but to get a valid act.psn..there's no other way then going online to get it, normally with reactpsn it wasn't required....i'm clueless as always


btw...for "rif2rap" previoulsy shared, add ur valid psn act.dat and ur idps as file "idps" without extension both into "exdata" folder and drop the RIF onto the rif2rap.exe
