Their codes point to memory locations that are not in hex workshop... At least that I can find with several different game saves and codes I have tried. Unless I'm missing something. I have read about how their codes are made they do give a break down of them in their FAQ on their forum. It's pretty straight forward. But in a regular hex editor I can't find the address or the pointers. So I started disassembling theirs.
