Baileyscream - I appreciate you taking the time to reply personally. I'm ashamed to admit that as it turns out, I didn't need to remarry the drive to the board. In my haste to put it back together I forgot to flip down the blu ray ribbon cable clip - and it was loose in the connector.
So when I reseated the cable I was able to enter QA mode normally and all was well.
As an aside note - the downloads for the E3 card reader on
www.e3-tech.net are taken down. The text and info is there, but the link has been removed. This was causing a great deal of frustration, but it worked itself out in the end.
I appreciate all the help from the community over the last 18 hours - and the replys from both of the owners of the E3 downgrade methods replying personally to my posts. It's great to see such a strong and active community and the willingness of people to help out n00bs like myself.
A mishap on upgrading my HDD with Assassin's Creed 3 in the drive nuked my 4.21 Rogero install and put me on 4.21 OFW. With the aid of the E3 card reader, an E3 flasher, and support from guys like you I was able to save my setup and get back to normal within a day.
Much love.
