So if you want to start over, from when your console was booting properly:
Flash the original dump. (Hopefully it was validated?)
Enter the recovery menu.
Choose option 6. and install whatever it asks for or higher. I think you were on 3.56? I would install the latest OFW 4.31.
Your PS3 should boot normal now, but needs to be downgraded.
Follow the guide again. Make a new backup validate and patch, etc...

The RSOD is common with Samsung NORS.

It may be easier to do the RSOD fix. Here is the FactoryServiceMode_Lv2diag_RSOD.self, Since the download in that guide I linked is dead.

I have never had much luck with the Lv2diag.self RSOD fix. It always says it is successful, but the red screen was still there.
I used the old way, that the wiki says not to use. And usually works for me.
Ive read the RSOD fix in wiki and it says if i use the .self file then my old dumps wont work if i want to use them again, so if i try that and it doesnt work, then there is no way i can use my old dumps or make new dumps. Am i correct in saying. I was on 4.11 and i have that original dump, and it was checked by the guys in the other forum and it was perfect. Can i install the notheros.pup from recovery menu since im on CFW 4.30 .03?

Now my next question is, Should i try and flash my old original 4.11 dump, since maybe the patched 4.11 probably gave me the error or should i try the RSOD fix. Thanks for all the help
