When i put the rebug 999 downgrader it says no applicable update data was found

All file names are correct though. Dont know what to do now

With the 4.25 to 3.55 it prepares the install and when it completes 100% i get to install option 4.25 to 3.55 and then i get data is corrupt 8002f325
