So I have been following baileyscream's fool proof jailbreaking guide with the E3 flasher limited edition. The installation of the E3 flasher went smoothly and I had my Nor dump checked as well. However, when I reached the point when I have to enter factory service mode with my development USB.....I got stuck with pressing the power and eject button sequence. I could not trigger factory service mode. I realized that my eject button was not working and I think I broke some of the prongs of the connections from the ps3 slim motherboard(CECH-21XXX). Is there another way to trigger the factory service mode without the eject button? After fiddling with the motherboard and ribbon cables I could get the eject button to work but the lights and the power button doesn't work.
TL;DR

, can't enter service mode with either a broken power button or broken eject button.
