The PSP3000 and PSPE1000 can not have Perma Hack, if you run the ISL Flasher on those models you will brick your PSP for good, just do the Temp Hack which is the same but will be disabled once you turn off your PSP

the 1000 and the 2000(not the 2001 models) were able to be hacked using pandora batteries or the temporary downloadable cfw.
2001 and 3000 were downloadable.
I would refer to pspslimhacks, onehitgamer, and console discussions for PSP hacks. Those were big ones during my PSP hacking time.

The E1000 came out after the 3000 without Wifi and other stuff to reduce the price
