ahh, I thought for homebrew ofcourse, for other games it won't be possible unless it would be possible to write TSR homebrew, but if we could do that, then it would also be possible to add move support to other games, LOL..

And personally it's not even TCRS that is the most fun, it's the game that comes with it, Dead chest pirates, which is really AWESOME, it's also one of the games that friends want to keep playing when they come around even if they finished it a couple of times..

Well, that's not really using the kinect.. but the one who wrote the gemlib (as deroad also mentioned on a thread on his forums on http://www.psxbrew.net) also had some test code running for the kinect using that gemlib.. And as always, if I finally get around doing some homebrew I was also wanting to look into that, as I've also got one laying around..
