its 50/50 if a reball will fix your prob
it depends on how you reflowed the PS3
if you have damaged other chips near the RSX then youre fuked
but if everything looks nice and only the RSX isnt OK you are 90% able to fix it by reballing

well but 10mins? enough time for the heat to get to the closest chips at the RSX and damage them....
