lol..IF i figure it out
...i'm close..switched arround some and first problem is something with the database > db.xml(SHA1 verify) and (guesing here) ps3mfw_tasks.tcl
overwrited stuff to euss old 355 build and tested a 4.30 OFW, when nothing "checked" it rebuilds the PUP, tested another time with "priv_patch task" and i come as far as extracting everything, when it starts modifying it spits out an error: fatal error...could not decrypt file "x3_amgsdk.sprx
