My Operating System is Windows 8, and I've tried Both Links
First HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool - v2.1.8, I've downloaded this software and tried to run this software, Following error Occurred while opening an FORMAT MS DOS APP, "This Version of APP is not supported with this windows."
and Secondly I opened U3 Tool, It is saved on my PC, When I click Launch the App, Ms Dos appears and close automatically within Milliseconds.
