Additionally the size of the ISO image (.BIN/.IMG) should be a multiple of 2352.
@Theeze
Did you add the keys, ldr_curves and vsh_curves to the data folder? They are not included in the rar.

Thanks for the explanation =]

Try running the .bat from the command prompt with admin privileges.
IMPORTANT: As

said, copy the required files (keys, ldr_curves and vsh_curves) to the DATA folder. You can get these files from several ps3 resigners and tools (i.e TrueAncestor SELF Resigner, aldostools). I did this "automatically" and forgot to mention, sorry.
The complete procedure would be:
- Extract the rar
- Extract patch_ps1emu.rar
- Copy the required files (keys, ldr_curves and vsh_curves) to the DATA folder. You can get these files from several ps3 resigners and tools (i.e TrueAncestor SELF Resigner, aldostools)
- Copy the file /dev_flash/ps1emu/ps1_emu.self using FTP/filemanager and place into the patch_ps1emu extracted folder
- Run patch_ps1emu.bat (with admin privileges)
- Copy the generated ps1_emu_patched.self to the IRIS MANAGER folder (/dev_hdd0/game/IMANAGER4)
Directory structure:
/dev_usb000/PSXGAMES/yourgamename
Inside the game folder, just place your BIN/IMG and a Cover.jpg (the image for the game cover on Iris game list), Start Iris Manager and run the game
