. Its not hard.
Upon giving your details to sony to use their online service, they have a duty to keep your details secure and private. Just like banks do, just like ebay does, just like paypal does etc. The fact that they allowed an entity TO EVEN BE ABLE TO SEE THOSE DETAILS, is a big breach of trust and privacy.
It was proven that they could have prevented it, but didnt. Even after they were warned by anonymous...they just shrugged it off.
If you play with fire, and get burned, yes the fire was horrible/painful/unpleasant. But you cant blame your pain on the fire...you made the choice of playing with it even when you knew you could get burned. Same logic.
