but i flashed it withh all button down except last one... and with grnd n trisstate connectd..

I really don't know what you are doing?
All I can do is give you the steps to follow to fix your PS3. I am not there to do it for you.
Not sure why you flashed it with the last switch up. That is for one key downgrade, flashing the e3_downgrade.bin. I have never tried flashing a patched dump that way.
I do see the files you said you put on the USB, are not named correctly.
They should be exactly like this: Lv2diag.self PS3UPDAT.PUP
I know for a fact, that the steps I told you will finish your downgrade. Because like I have already stated, I did it on one of my consoles.
