Not sure why you flashed it with the last switch up. That is for one key downgrade, flashing the e3_downgrade.bin. I have never tried flashing a patched dump that way.
I do see the files you said you put on the USB, are not named correctly.
They should be exactly like this: Lv2diag.self PS3UPDAT.PUP
I know for a fact, that the steps I told you will finish your downgrade. Because like I have already stated, I did it on one of my consoles.

lolz files were named properly ...can u do me a favor please validate one my dump n patch it for me..i dont knew how to patch ..i requested jackie on e3-forums to do it for me...
