I would presume since 3.55 keys arent
really needed anymore (we have 4.2X+ for decrypting eboots etc), and we have 4.3X based CFW that there would be little point porting the 3.55 keyset back into 3.55+CFW considering they were blacklisted in the first place.
In short I think Rebug would require you to resign your eboots etc just like Rogero.
It doesn't take long even if it does need doing.
