weird...once qa is set using toggle_qa it is enabled..always..maybe some incorrect settings
rebug 4.21.2(no spoof-normal-cex qa mode) - cfw431 xmb internal update - check qa flag with combo - downgrade to 355 rebug3.55.4_999downgrader xmb update - qa flag still enabled - not showing? do button combo to get it - update from xmb internal hdd again to 3.55.4 - update to rex 4.21.2 xmb - update again to 4.31 from xmb, never needed to
