, It's permanent...honestly they're so many threads about it...just search the word Ban and you'll get a treasure trove of topics. Sony will not unban your console or even your account. It's done, unless you can BS your way through and make it sound VERY convincing.
They have all the logs and everything they need, you must have a really good excuse and even then they'll likely tell you it's your responsibility to maintain and protect your account.
