Simplist form is to just open a calculator,go to view and select programmer, select HEX in left side of the calculator,paste in or type the codes of the Rune Factory Tides of Destiny codes. for example:

take the Bold number and click the + sign and add this number in it 4D8. You will get this in result
00135E68, just replace that with the second form you used as the first line in the calculator and it's done.
PS: If you guys think i'm a noob than yes i am now. Before i used to hack codes for Kingdom Hearts and other PS2 games in KH-Vids.net but i left that, but i still have some skills on converting codes from One region to anohter. ^^"
