Just to answer your previous post: No I did not 'remap' anything (even though it reported 7 bad blocks in my second NAND).
Just ran FlowRebuilder v4.2.3.0 to
1) UNSCRAMBLE then interleave 2 NAND into one dump.
2) PATCH a NOR or interleaved and unscrambled NAND dump.
3) RE-SCRAMBLE a dump then de-interleave into two new flashes.
Then went ahead a programmed the two resulting bin files into the two NANDs and everything worked (after then going into FSM to program in the downgrade PUP file via USB memory stick etc etc).

this is not my First NAND Downgrade you know. but i did not encounter Bad Blocks till now.
so i was just asking, if there is anything can be done to remap the bad blocks
