I will leave the fan disconnected and double check that it does the exact same thing but i'm 100% sure this is your problem.
in the mean time check your fan spins when you turn the ps3 on.
then take some good clear shots of the connector. it doesn't matter if it looks bad just get some pics posted.

if u mean this , no i just soldered the fan's plug and i change the power/eject and i playing now every day
