In my understanding

IDPS = PSID // can be found at 0x2F070 and 0x303D0 (regioning and revision)

Console ID or serial number //can be found at 0x3F070-0x3F090

So what value will be shown as PSID?

I think PSID shows a decrypted value of PSID/IDPS. LV2 dump at 0x477EB0 or from encrypted dump 0x2F080. It´s only a guess.
