Your ignorance, is one of your biggest downfalls.
Sony was stifled with the same old bullsh*t it had been creating for years and had started to falter, its profits making just about even, until the PlayStation came along, which gave Sony 40% to 50% of its yearly total profits.
So no Nintendo no PlayStation, no PlayStation Sony's profit market would have continued to drop.
