You dont want to enter FSM while on 4.30 CFW. Theres a reason why the Rebug toolbox doesnt enable the option on any CFW above 3.55. The reasoning might be due to not being able to leave service mode.

You can exit FSM on Rogero 4.30 v2.05. But you are right, you can't remarry on 4.30.
So

will need to get to 3.55 to remarry the drive.
If the 999 downgrader PUP is not working for you, try this.
Install
CEX_DOWNGRADER_PS3UPDAT.PUP(it is 4.25 to 3.55 downgrade PUP, I renamed) from the XMB.
Then install
Rogero 3.55 v3.7 from the recovery menu.
You will need to have at least a blu ray logic board connected. It doesn't have to be married, but has to be connected with the ribbon and the grey power cable.
