What do you mean you are on 4.21? Are you still on the downgrader firmware?
Have you tried to install it Rogero v3.7 from the XMB?
toggle qa gives you a blackscreen because your logic board is not married.
I am not sure if remarry works on the hybrid downgrader firmware? You can try.
