Only games that require 431 FW currently that I know of are :

Sly cooper thieves in time

DMC

Aliens Colonial Marines

and probably MG Rising this weekend

MM fixes that problem anyways by fixing the param to 4.30 when you launch game for first time so its not biggie, like it was back in 3.55 days.

ohh and dont forget that the trophy ICON has been moved to the PSN section in the xmb. ( I wouldnt advise synching trophies anyways, as many users are reporting getting banned by just synching trophies )
