@jcdarby if the console is on 3.55ofw or lower it can be softmodded. If its on 3.56+ (depending on model #, it has to be a original Phat or one of the 2000series ) you have two options:

1. Buy a flasher yourself , around 100$, and attempt the flash yourself. There are Idiot proof guides out there ( not calling you a idiot ).

or

2. Browse the forum here for someone in your area offering downgrade service. There is a few members in the UK and a few in the US that offers this service, they genrally charge about 50$ to do it.
