I do not personally own a flasher, my phat when purchased was on launch date. Since geo hotz announcment of the first exploit, I stopped updateing the ofw at 3.15 or was it 3.41. Either way, I never needed one so I cant recommend which is better.

@Sarah1331 is your one stop answer guide for that question. she is very knowledgable with the downgraders, and if your in the UK I would recomend you just ship your PS3 to her, she does it for cheap and its high quality work.
