desoldering is a no go for me, i tried to desolder a tiny resistor from an old scrap board and completly lost the part. can't even find it back with a magnifying glass. EDIT: i just did read the same problem on a german forum, reballing the board and SB did not help, checking the power did not help either...and the thread just died.
