But being honest i dont understand your question, are you sure this game doesnt has updates installed ? (because when booting the game, the files from the installed update are used, included a new .sfo)

btw, if you have some rare behaviour with this flags, or some list with bugs in games you can write here, it can be useful to imagine where the problems are (actually, there is not much info of the real problem, that is related with thread load, and thread priority devouring cpu resources)
