Well I now have a proper version of BLUS30778, I have coppied the TEXTURES folder over to the data folder (this same folder contains TEXTURES.BSA) in BLUS30778CAHE
/dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30778CAHE/usdir/data/TEXTURES
TBH I cant notice a difference in graphics quality
