Can you examine that area and tell us what that is ? try to clean the area around the cpu as will with alcohol, all those traces and such 
EDIT: I also noticed on the right side now, 2nd picture, some grey tinting over a couple traces ? Is that arctic silver 5 thermal compound ?

Hi, you can clearly see a shiny-bronze scratch in the second picture, I took the board to a computer workshop and he told me that you probably had scratched 10-15 traces, some traces are very hard to see, I need a microscope-lvl equipments, however, a friend of mine gave me a scrapped ps3 board, which has a functional rsx chip
, I will continue my testing on monday and post the results, by the way, for whatever reason, I took it to an iphone workshop; however, workers refused to connect traces ( yes they have all the tools they need!). Thank you all, I will post results on monday.
