Thanks for that. So it isn't electrically conductive, but it is capacitive and can still cause an electrical short because it can cause a bridge between 2 points.

Yeah, I would worry a bit on the rgh. Those chips are much smaller than a ps3 consoles. My jasper rgh chips stay below 55°c on fs3 dash. Definetly never seen them hit 60°c. I'm not sure if it is time to be concerned or if my chips just have good temps, because I don't know much about Xbox consoles. I'm just telling you my experience with my jasper.
