good shots of the nor chip
so that we can zoom in and see the legs clearly
so a few shots at different angles

and a fine really fine soldering iron some flux and a steady hand to re-melt the solder if its cracked

then you need to take good pics again of the nor to check there is no solder bridges on the legs

btw it could still be a bad flash.

try putting the tristate to gnd and see if the ps3 halts instead of shutting down
