So you're at the 2.10 update and made a new save then tried to mod it? It
should work. Try doing a couple of races then modding it. When I modded mine I was already at Lv 38 A-spec Lv28 B-spec.
also, when you transfer over the moded save make a backup of the unmodded save, delete it, then delete the backup before transferring the modded save.
