Actually there should be a warning dialog box for both Up and Down.

2. Do you think it will be also great if both "games.conf" & "titleid.txt" also in the repository?
All come from 1 source. You can relocate "Download Latest Database" to the PS3 Logo. Maybe you could rename it to "Download Latest Keys Database". To prevent confusion and it will be more organise. All download related function are in PS3 menu and all save related stuff are in right-click.
