Im got 2 spare nands from same console mobo can i flash them and put on ps3 just to save time on flashing reflashing?

Yes.

Nothing to flash means that whatever is programmed into the NAND(s)
matches the data you are trying to program them with - i.e. they match and hence nothing to do. Sure you are using the original dump to program them with, OR are you sure you re-programmed them correctly with the PATHCED code?
