what you want is to flash your origional nands with the origional dump and in the right order
ie top nand dump to origional top nand etc
if you flash top nand dump to bottom nand making it top nand then replace it to console as top nand then the bad block area is again in effect

you really are just making more work for yourself.

just get the console back to how it was before all this mess.
then we can go from there
If your dump has bad blocks and you flash this to a good TSOP your console will still think you have bad blocks in same locations as it will be full of zeros this is fine also if your flashing any image to a TSOP with bad blocks where there not already remapped for the TSOP you wll get problems
