Tomb Raider has patch 1.01 and it's not even released yet and guess what? I can still play it. This make no sense whatsover. You have to understand how the ps3 works and what the jailbreak is.
They would need to use different keys that isn't on lv0, if they do that the game will not work at all on ANY console. If sony releases another firmware update with different keys, you can still use the current games and still retrieve the new keys from lv0.
If you can play the game, you can play it with any update after it. This is why Sony is banning accounts, instead of just consoles. They have no counter-measure so they punish you by killing your account.
