oooh well, it happend to me. i was a good customer of 2008, i bought the ps3 for metal gear solid 4 and played little online, then i bought Mortal kombat II € 4,99 and Tekken 5 Dark Ressurection Online (played that allot online) for € 14,99.
Yesterday 28-02-2013 it happend, YAAAYYYYY way to go phony...uhm sony.
I called today 1 March 2013, i got connected to technical services of SEN and the woman told me that she cannot patch me trough to technical services.....wuuuttttt....i asked do i speak with technical services of SEN, she said yeah, i replied then why do you want to patch me trough to technical services since you ARE technical services of SEN.....she asked me can i have your name and number and we will call you back.....(me pissed off on the other side of the line) no thanks i will call later and someone else helped me allot (i dont want to sound racist against women, cuz i married one but the MAN that i talked after helped me out and said it was weird about the costumer service)
So he asked for my psn id , email and other personal stuff, finally and ANWESER and the reason for me getting banned (yup the 2 combo, account and console) was that i had broken the agreement of SEN, the TOS agreement that i have illegal stuff on my ps3 and played online........... aaaarrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhh i have been a psn online player since socom navy and that i even had a ps central account back in 2004, why now whyyyyy, i want to play tekken dark ressurection ONLINE, that i PAYED for online again and i did not even got a mail, who is breaking the agreement SONY, you can sue them for that, banned without a notice......................... SONYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
