I just did this a few days ago and was able to dump the NOR. You must connect the 5V pin to the PS3's 3.3v point as shown in the diagram. But first you must bridge the 3.3v pad at the bottom of the teensy++ and cut the trace trace that connectes the 5v. I can't post any links to google teensy++ 2.0 images and you will see a pic of the modification done.

Ok, thanks. Now I keep getting 0x90 unknown NOR manufacturer/chip. I've checked my wiring more times than I would like to admit and I'm not gettin anywhere.
