I completed the downgrade following the Teensy++ method. I installed the QA toggle pkg to check for being flagged. I did the button combination and the extra menus appeared. I then turned of the console rebooted and got into service mode, selected option 6. It copied ok but every time when it's installing the same error show up. Now on every boot it tries to complete the install and then would give the same error. 8002F14E. Sometimes it would get to 23%, 34% and the shows the error.
