The payload was never released, it was announced hack by ocxtor but sold out to cobra. We now have a legitimate payload released. The spanish scene, seems to know what a scene is and they don't sell out.
It may take a little time to implement this on cfw and iron out any bugs, but things are actually moving forward, it's too soon to make anything of it, but unlike other people, these guys seem to be releasing and sharing their findings.
