@Gliitch, I did what you said and without listing everything that came up this is what came up with "445".

Active Connections

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State

TCP 0.0.0.0:445 PEAKOPERATIO-PC:0 LISTENING
TCP [::]:445 PEAKOPERATIO-PC:0 LISTENING

So I guess it is listening

But I still don't see what else could be the problem for it not showing up on my ps3. Argh!
