Another PSJailbreak clone is "on the street", this one known as PS3Key. Their product is yet to have a release date or price, but they did update their facebook with the following update:

Good news everyone! Our mad scientist has confirmed that getting into the console is as simple as pretending to be a USB hub! It doesn't look like this is going to take any more than a few weeks!

Hmm kinda wonder now why it took so long if it as 'easy a pretending to be an usb hub' to hack the ps3. But who cares its finnaly on a role and the ps move is comming :D.

its funny they happen to figure this out just after the scene did, looks like they are waiting for the work to be done then selling it

thats the way clones work, sometimes for the better.
if they can take all the good stuff and add extra features, maybe remove sony code and replace it with legal coding (if it does contain any of their code that is), add easy updating, stealth mode and such then it will be worth the wait

other info not mentioned on the sniffed codes will be useful

Well people are devoloping clones, but how is the progress when it comes to getting the ps3 jailbreaked for free, just like the iphone. I am aware that stuff like that is going to take time and it probably is hard task to complete, but where do we come into this? Like have we even gotten any where to actually obtain the softawre in the jailbreak and make it in someway usuable for free?

I saw that someone had sniffed the usb forcodes and everything, so what are jobs to do to convert the info into a usuable soft. It's gonna be complicated than that I know.

When these clones launch, its gonna be unstoppable, that is until the next update XD. I wonder why it took so long to figure this out? Was it a case of finding the right person to do the job?

I think it is more on how complicated it is to hack a ps3 in this way.
