I cant think of 1 person that didnt realise certain games in the past needed the update to play, updateing before game release was never an issue as we just did it and didnt really care.

so now we totally rely on the FW being properly decoded.

if its not you all do understand all piracy from now onwards kinda stops simply because you will only ever be able to play GAMES BEFORE YESTERDAY.

as for playing gt5 you could always just buy the ones you care about most and use PSJB for the other older stuff or use your 360. simples.

Easy there fella, im 29 and does not matter who is the eldest here m8, fact is the scene is doomed really, i can see it sounds like you do too. im not entirely saying you are wrong since 'we already knew' well i did.

theres also no need to get into an ar5e over hacking, im also meself not jumping up and dwn that today i finally jailbroke my ps3, im just glad i did to see what all the fuss was about thats all, i could not care less what happens to the ps3 but it does look rather exciting and promising.

The ps3 scene will only survive if more leaks happen from sony and not just some kid writing progs. sony mucked up and we took it by storm, was it intentional or was it a mistake?

m8 thing is (and i dont really know why i am tbh) we are talking most of the time on here to kids.. but it has been proven certain kids/teenagers have learnt alot more than me and you have in our lifetime LOL

i guess you either have it or you dont with programming and what not. tho PSJB was down mainly to a f*up by sony and then got hijacked by hackers, well we call them hackers they are just people in this case that simply exploited a hole in the fw.

I doubt they no more than me (kids), dude you have no idea who I am or what the pursuit of my life is bringing me. Most kids drop out of school or barely finish collage. I'm 30 and am still improving my education. I NEVER stop learning.

In fact as we speak I'm teaching myself to use an IR Re work station.
I'm really hoping it helps me finish paying for all the schooling I need, as even with businesses that make money the eduction I'm getting is vast and therefor 3 time more expensive than most.

Sure there are very smart people out there, but kids aren't them.
Kids lack the logic required to make proper judgments and that affects their learning greatly... I know I was there.

On the other hand, people over all would be much much smarter if they continued learning new things through out there lives and used the mistakes of youth as a point of growth.

I am sure everyone has a lot of things to say about his life, but wouldn't it be great if we keep this topic clean for an ontopic discussion? Don't take it as an offense, but we are still trying to understand what is going on with this game and whether it is actually a 3.42 game.

Internet sources are saying the starting rumour was fake cause there is a copy of the game around the net with no require for 3.42. But it hasn't been clear yet if that release has a changed .sfo in order to make it work on 3.41 and, yet, it's not sure whether the widely encountered issue of "Controller not found" for the game is actually a result of a bad rip, or something that has to do with real 3.42 requirement for the game (maybe a call to a slightly changed input module for 3.42+?).

Anyone actually bought this game, should share some info with us (an original unchanged .sfo would be great)...

easy when a game comes out that requires 3.42 we back it up in external hard drive and edit the files so we can play it at 3.41...

PS: theres must be a files that says 3.42 or something
